I wanted to post an entry about my experience working with Kurotel's International Representative, Adriane Kinzel.Adriane made all of my arrangements including the driver who picked me up at Porto Alegre airport who I was so happy to see after flying many, many hours and experiencing a flight delay.
Upon arrival to Kurotel, Adriane was waiting for me -on her day off and on her birthday no less - to give me a warm, sincere welcome, to provide a tour, help me get situated and explain my afternoon schedule.
She had planned the day from the moment I arrived - and throughout my stay was always eager to hear my impressions, welcome my questions, translate and be a cheerful and steady presence.
Adriane planned many wonderful outings for me so I could fully experience the beauty and charm of Gramado and the surrounding area. I can name them off the top of my head - Canela, the city center, the amazing waterfall, Mini Mundo, wine tour, glass factory tour, dinner at the ranch, chocolate factories, the zoo....all wonderful experiences.
